Stephen Hazell (on behalf of Nature Canada) and Anna Johnston (co-chair of RCEN EPA Caucus) wrote to the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada on December 1 2023 arguing that all development projects that have the potential for consequential effects on areas of federal jurisdiction should be included on the Project List regulation, and hence subject to federal impact assessment.
